Apartment Melissa is nestled in a remarkably peaceful, lush area of Halikounas (approx. 2 km from the picturesque village of Agios Mattheos). It is a true oasis of silence – surrounded only by private villas and magnificent nature. Far from the hustle and bustle of typical resorts, you will find the tranquility you’ve been seeking here. The garden offers a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, while the soothing sound of the Ionian Sea waves allows you to fully relax and forget the daily rush.

The 40 m² interior was designed with couples and families with children in mind. The apartment features a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connected to a dining area and a cozy lounge. The bedroom includes a double bed, a bunk bed (suitable for children or slim adults), and a sofa. This layout comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults, or a family of 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children. Guests also have access to a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The greatest highlight of this apartment is the large, private terrace with direct access to the lush garden – an ideal, intimate space for your morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh air. The absence of stairs makes the apartment easily accessible for guests with limited mobility. Modern amenities, including air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV, ensure a fully comfortable stay.

The property is set within a secure, fenced area and offers free private parking. Due to the presence of resident animals on the premises, we cannot accommodate pets.
